The Center for Democratic Development (CDD), has recommended to government the removal of some Metropolitan Assemblies from the list of recipients of the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF). A Deputy Minister of Communication Vincent Sowah Odotei was on Thursday, November 23, 2017 sacked from Parliament when he appeared to answer questions about his ministry.
